Design I did for friend who wanted a dragon from a previous design he saw but instead wanted a sword instead of a cross. He really enjoys it. If you would like to use the design, you can but send me a link to a picture of your tattoo.
I just want to point out the sun and moon symbol in the guard/hilt. I wanted to go with a sort of yin-yang design but wanted to avoid the whole typical design of it that's seen everywhere... I wish I knew who designed the dragon to credit him/her. He showed me the ref from a tattoo shop but the sword is my own design and I just tweaked with the dragon design to make it wrap more around it.
I'd also like feedback on this and suggestions for tribal designs because I really like this whole style of movement and lines. It's fun.
First tribal design I really ever did in Photoshop Illustrator, about 3-4 hrs.
EDIT: How am I getting all these views of this piece in one day? I don't believe it.
EDIT2: Ok seriously 100+ favs and about 60,000 views now... What is with you people? XD

Nah. Maybe I dunno. I got the original reference from a photo that Brian had shown me when he went to a tattoo parlor and snapped the shot so it may've been a design someone at the parlor did or some kind of stock image the parlor got for display. I worked from Brian's photo that he showed me because it was the kind of dragon he wanted but instead of a cross that the dragon was holding in the original picture, he wanted a sword.

The dragons do look similar though.
